Create Happiness From Scratch.. This is my life's motto. For years I waited for everything else to make me happy (waiting until I was skinny, waiting for that perfect relationship or promotion)  until one day I realized that it was never going to work. I needed to create happiness for myself . I knew the life I wanted to have was up to me to create, and this gave me real power. I learned to love myself in the body I was blessed with, create a balanced and healthy relationship with food and started to truly live life again. I created my own happiness! 

I want to help my clients achieve this love of life again through guidance and understanding, I have been in your shoes and will be there to support you in achieving your goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, stress management, hormone balance or simply to create healthier habits I am passionate and committed to your success. 

I hate diets. I help breakthrough the endless cycle of dieting and guilt to figure out why you are making these self sabotaging decisions instead of counting how many calories there are in your low fat, no whip, half caf, luke warm latte! It is not to create lists of restrictions of good and bad foods, instead I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

    Hello there, and welcome to my life! I am an Integrated Health & Wellness coach and I would love to work together but sometimes it's hard trusting someone you don’t know so lets get to know each other. I grew up on a ranch in Colorado so hard work and dedication run deep with me, which is exactly what I give to my clients. I graduated from Calvin College in Grand Rapids and here is where I reside until the wind blows me in a new direction.

   I received my training in health and wellness from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories, hormone health and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

    Most of all I love that you are here and interested in building a more balanced life for yourself! This is where I share my personal life, recipes, stories and all things Happiness From Scratch! I want this to be a relationship where your confidence becomes overflowing from the support and advice that we have made specifically for you.
