I will be your accountability partner, health specialist, great listener and your biggest support system. . We can talk all things health or we can talk about relationships and ways to manage stress from your crazy job! I got you. Wherever you are in your health journey I will meet you there. Together we will get you to where you've always wanted to be!

WHAT YOU GET

We will start with a FREE consultation to review your health history and goals. From there we move into your full program diving into what you need to achieve lasting health and happiness. We will meet either in person or over the phone twice per month to establish a healthy relationship with food and personalize your wellness journey. 

Program Materials- I provide easy to understand lifestyle tips, nutrition knowledge and recipes to create sustainable change. 

Support-  I am committed to supporting my clients. I will email you each week to check in and answer any questions you may have. I want you to succeed! The accountability factor is what makes all the difference.

Wouldn't it be nice to have all your meals and workouts planned out for you? Well my friend, this is for you! 

WHAT YOU GET

MEAL PLAN- Three meals a day plus snack and dessert options! This meal plan will detox you and refresh you from the inside out. 

EXERCISE PLAN  - Just getting into physical activity or maybe you are already an avid gym goer, no problem! Each week there will be a new workout plan personalized for your fitness level.

 

HEALTH KNOWLEDGE - Each week you will learn something new to deepen your understanding of health and happiness, complete a challenge, or even try something new. Topics include: balancing hormones, gut health and stress management.
